You may return an item for a refund within 7 days of delivery. Items may be subject to 20% restocking fee. You must contact Customer Service at 69994111 for Return Authorization and you will be instructed how to proceed. Return credits are issued within 48 hours once the item is received and inspected.  Please note if you return an item, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective. We will be happy to arrange a prompt replacement. Please contact customer service at 69994111

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to quality for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:

- Clearance Items
- Gift Certificates
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on sale page).

What if my item arrives damaged?

Products that ship from our distribution center are packaged to ship safely and securely to avoid damage when they arrive. Many items will ship direct from manufacturers who also take pride that shipping is safe and secure.  If a item does arrive damaged or with missing parts, please contact our Customer Service department (69994111) within 7 days and we will send you your replacement ASAP either from our distribution center or direct from the manufacturer.
